Middelfart Kommune videregiver eller overlader dine personoplysninger til følgende modtagere:

Dine oplysninger opbevares på Middelfart Kommunes webserver.

Dine personoplysninger behandles efter databeskyttelsesforordningen (forordning 2016/679 om beskyttelse af fysiske personer i forbindelse med behandling af personoplysninger) og national lov på området.

Hjemlen til at behandle personoplysninger er databeskyttelsesforordningens artikel 6, stk. 1, litra a (Den registrerede har givet samtykke til behandling af sine personoplysninger til et eller flere specifikke formål).

I særlige tilfælde har du ret til at få slettet oplysninger om dig, inden det tidspunkt, hvor oplysningerne ellers ville blive slettet (dvs. inden tidspunktet for vores almindelige generelle sletning indtræder).

Opmærksomheden henledes på, at der gælder særlige regler for, hvornår kommuner må slette eller berigtige personoplysninger. Middelfart Kommune er forpligtet til at opbevare sagsoplysninger, for at kunne dokumentere sagsforløb. Det betyder, at du ikke altid kan kræve at få oplysninger slettet eller berigtiget. Ønsker du, at kommunen sletter eller berigtiger personoplysninger, vil der i stedet blive lavet et notat om indsigelsen, så det fremgår af sagen.

Ret til begrænsning af behandlingen

Du har ret til at få behandlingen af dine personoplysninger begrænset, når særlige forhold gør sig gældende. Hvis du har ret til af få behandlingen begrænset, må Middelfart Kommune fremover kun behandle oplysninger – bortset fra opbevaring – med dit samtykke, eller med henblik på, at et retskrav kan fastlægges, gøres gældende eller forsvares, eller for at beskytte en person eller vigtige samfundsinteresser.

Legal basis for the processing

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation  (Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in connection with regard to the processing of personal data) (“GDPR”) and national law governing the area.

The legal basis for processing personal data is found in Article 6 (1) para a of the GDPR (Consent).

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have a number of rights pertaining to the processing of your personal data by Middelfart Municipality. You may exercise your rights at any time. If you wish to exercise your rights, you must contact us. Your rights are:

The right to review your information (right of access)

You have the right to access the data on you which is processed and stored by Middelfart Municipality.

The right to rectification (rectification)

You have the right to have incorrect data on you corrected.

The right to erasure

In certain instances, you have the right to have data on you erased prior to the deadline, at which the data would otherwise be erased (i.e. prior to the time when our general deadlines for erasure would be reached).

We draw your attention to the fact that specific provisions apply to when municipalities are permitted to erase or rectify personal data. Middelfart Municipality is obliged to store available data in order to be able to document case histories. This means that you cannot always require that personal data is erased or rectified. If you wish for the municipality to erase or rectify personal data, a memorandum will be created on your objection which will then be added to the case.

The right to restrict processing

You have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted when specific circumstances apply. If you have the right to restrict the processing, Middelfart Municipality shall only be permitted to process data in future – other than storing this – with your consent or with a view to the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim or to protect another natural person or for reasons of important public interest.
